Welcome to Well Being Therapy

"A Safe Space for Growth, Healing, and Balance"

At Well Being Therapy, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and safe environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself. We understand the challenges life brings, and we're here to help you navigate through them with care, understanding, and professional guidance.

Meet Megan
Founder of Well Being Therapy

Hi, I’m Megan, a Registered Social Worker and the founder of Well Being Therapy.

I created this practice to offer women a supportive and compassionate space where they can talk openly about what they're going through. Life can bring many challenges—anxiety, major transitions, relationship struggles, or moments when you simply don’t feel like yourself.

Many of the women I work with are used to holding everything together for everyone else. On the outside things may look fine, but inside they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of themselves.

Therapy can provide the space to slow down, reflect, and find your way forward.

Alongside my work as a therapist, I’m also a mom of two. While motherhood is only one part of who I am, it has deepened my understanding of how complex and demanding life can feel when you're balancing multiple roles and expectations.

My Approach

I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and collaborative. It’s not always easy to talk about what you're struggling with, and I approach each session with empathy, curiosity, and sometimes a little humour.

Together, we work to better understand what you're experiencing and develop practical tools to help you manage stress, navigate change, and reconnect with yourself.

Specialized Training

In addition to supporting women through a range of life challenges, I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International, which allows me to support individuals experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.

I’m Here to Help

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space where you can talk openly and feel supported, I would be honoured to connect with you.
